David Guetta And Chris Willis Vs Tocadisco – Tomorrow Can Wait

Author: Johannes  //  Category: Release comments

David Guetta is back with another awesome release, this one will sure rock the dancefloors all over the world this summer. Tomorrow Can Wait it’s called, we get remixes from named like Sharam and Tocadisco. The Sharamremix is not that good for the general crowd, however the Tocadisco remix is one of the best tracks i’ve heard this month. Don’t miss it! Tracklist:

01. Tomorrow Can Wait (Radio Edit) 03:15
02. Tomorrow Can Wait (Tocadisco Evilmix) 06:11
03. Tomorrow Can Wait (Arias Seat Ibiza Remix) 07:25
04. Tomorrow Can Wait (Sharam Remix DGEdit) 06:25
05. Tomorrow Can Wait Club Version) 06:37

Also, a new mix will come on sunday, i’ve had some requests for a longer mix so this one will be about 1:20 (will fit nicely on a CD). Keep your eyes open!

Hotties

Author: Johannes  //  Category: Release comments

The past days some hotties have managed to sneak out from the recordlables vaults ;) Mohawk – Celestia has been released on Sedna Recordings and it includes a nice remix from Noel Sanger. Also, Vandalism has released his remix on MLA – Screams In The Night, a really nice tune here too! Glen Morrison is out with 2 new tracks, “In A Trance” and “Gravity Falling”, really catchy stuff. But the best this week is probably the 16 Bit Lolitas Remix of Sultan and Ned Shepard feat Kuba Oms – Jeopardy, holy crap, don’t miss that one! Anyway, going to visit my friend John’s little bother this friday, he’s having his graduationparty, will be very nice to see him again, was a really long time! But I do need help finding out what to buy for him, any tips?

Monday & Deadmau5

Author: Johannes  //  Category: Personal, Release comments

Aye, monday went smooth, met up with a friend after work and we went to Josefinas to have a drink. Ended up at EAST after that, had a really nice time! Now to todays strangest event. Deadmau5 has released a new track. He has been one of my favorite producers before so you might think that i’m really happy today but i’m not. Deadmau5 has realeased alot of shit the past few month, it almost feels like he’s realeasing just for the releasing nowdays. I guess this is pretty common on the EDM scene, when getting famous you get blinded by the money and release tracks just to get the cash for it. It really do suck and I think that this is one of the worst things you can do as a producer. Also, the way he behaved in Oslo when he was supposed to play alongside Schussow was just fucking redicilous. If you havn’t heard about it you can read what happened here.

Deadmau5 cleared up the Beatport Music Awards, and to thank his fans for voting for him he is actually releasing this track as a free download at http://www.beatport.com. The track is called ‘Duo Cad Sordid’ and has a darker techno sound than his previous releases. You might have guessed it allready, nothing for me.. But give it a try, it’s uploaded here!

Edit: Apparently Deadmau5 didn’t want it to be free anymore.. Chocking ain’t it?… Money talks and the link is therefore removed due to copyright reasons.

Home in Stockholm again after the trip to Örebro. Was an awesome evening, not often you see 50+ stay up after 04:00 haha! Me and Frida where spinning like hell, we mixed DJ Antoine with David Bowie, Eric Prydz with Abba and David Guetta with Moneybrother! Last track out made the place go off, Eric Prydz – Call On Me, my mom even asked me the day after what the last track where called lol! Almost everyone who where at the party danced like hell, and remember that it’s 50+ we’re talking about!

Spinning

So, we’ll endup with a releasecomment; Funkagenda released his new track togheter with a not that known artist called Trophy Twins. It’s avaliable at beatport and is called “Musiq”. A really nice and catchy housetune that you just gotta hear. Only out in a Extended mix so far, but it sure as hell is enough! Also check out Trophy Twins myspace here, some really nice tracks for you to hear there!

This weekend..

..Will be spent at my parents in Örebro. My mom is turning 50 and will have a party saturday night. Ofcource, i’m gonna DJ for them and it will be an interesting experience. I mean, what do you play for 50+ people?! Toto – Rosanna (Axwell remix) lol? Any tip here would be awesome hehe. I have, however, managed to get my hands on a 3CD album called “The best of the 70s”, that one should work I think. I probably gotta start off with shit like that and then smoothly sneak over to some housetunes as the night goes on, and the people are getting more drunk :> Hey, this is almost a good plan! Frida is comming with me too, will be fun to have her meating my relatives and friends of the family. Anyway, enough bullshitting now, we’ll end this post with a music tip; Natasha Bedingfield vs. Chicane with “Bruised Water”, released some days ago. Adam K remix of this beauty owns, try get your hands on it!

Author: Johannes  //  Category: Release comments

Aye, welcome to the new blogg/streaminportal/whateveritwillendupin. I’m a 22 year old guy from Stockholm Sweden, housemusic is my religion and this site is created to bring whoever thats interested into my world of music, partying, thoughts and more. Enjoy your stay!

First out im gonna present a new track for you guys. I Wont be able to link a download directly on the site, however I will post mixes containing the track i present here. This track where released two days ago at promo from record lable Jive, and its a CDM containing remixes from Benny Benassi, Tiesto, Jason Nevins and more. Seeing the remixers linup made me go wow, but little did I know..

Tracklist:

1. No Air (Benny Benassi Remix) 7:25
2. No Air (Benny Benassi Radio Edit) 3:31
3. No Air (Tiesto Remix) 7:42
4. No Air (Tiesto Radio Edit) 4:20
5. No Air (Jason Nevins Remix) 7:29
6. No Air (Jason Nevins Radio Edit) 5:15
7. No Air (Future Presidents Remix) 5:00
8. No Air (Tonal Remix) 6:06
9. No Air (Tonal Radio Edit) 4:08
10. No Air (Doug Grayson Remix) 7:00
11. No Air (Doug Grayson Radio Edit) 4:33

Benassi has done a descent job with this one, you recognize his usuall electro sound and he has done a good job with the vocals. However, at first, when listening through my crappy speakers, I acctually thought the Jason Nevins remixes where the best. But when plugging in my Pioneer HDJ-1000 headphones made me realize that he has totally fucked the vocals up on the bootlegs. Might have been the rip though, you’ll never know.. And finally some new stuff from Tiesto…. on jordin Sparks… I mean, common man, stop releasing pophorny crappy remixes on half crappy tracks! This remix is just plain shit, if you like Tiesto you won’t do it after hearing this one, sorry all Tiesto fans.
